基于模糊AHP评价模型的基层中队骨干优选研究及应用

         

摘要

针对基层单位骨干所必备的专业素质,初步建立了综合评价的指标体系。由于评价体系指标较多,且很难用准确的数学语言来描述,因此应用模糊AHP评价模型对模糊指标进行评价,然后,运用所建立的综合评价模型对备选基层单位骨干的专业素质进行了综合评价,初步解决了基层单位骨干的优选问题。该评价方法简单易行,容易在计算机上实现。%An index system for grassroots squadron mainstay is established according to five effect factors of grassroots squadron mainstay.On account of much index in grassroots squadron mainstay,some of them can not be described in mathematics language accurately.Therefore,an AHP evaluation model to fuzzy index is applied and an integrated model with it which is also built in this paper.The speciality of grassroots squadron mainstay is evaluated by the integrated model.This model is easy to run on computers.It solves the evaluation of speciality of grassroots squadron mainstay.
