基于云模型的战场情报综合效能评估

摘要

战场情报综合效能评估中既有定性指标，又有定量指标，而传统的AHP法、模糊综合评价法等手段却不能有效地将这两类指标间的模糊性和随机性统一起来。故此，借鉴了云理论的思想，提出了基于云模型的战场情报综合效能评估方法，实现了情报效能因素从定性概念到定量数值的转化。最后，通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。%Since the qualitative and quantitative indexes are both included in the evaluating process of comprehensive effectiveness for warfare intelligence, traditional methods such as AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not integrate randomness and fuzziness between those two kinds of indexes. This paper takes the idea of cloud theory and puts forward a way based on cloud model to evaluate the effectiveness above. It has helped the indexes transform from qualitative concepts to quantitative values successfully. Finally, the validity and practicability of that way is verified through the instance.
