通过对黑龙江省各高校实验教学质量、实验效果和实验教学质量评价的现状进行调查研究,并进行优劣势分析和经验总结基础上,结合本校的实际情况和以人为本的原则阐述了如何构建实验教学质量评价体系,从而有效地促进高校实验教学工作有组织、有计划、系统科学地开展。%After an investigation into the current situation of the experiment teaching quality,results and quality evaluation of universities in Heilongjiang Province,based on a strength-weakness analysis and experience summary,and considering the actual conditions of the school and the people-oriented principle.The paper explains ways to construction the quality evaluation system of experiment teaching effectively promote the experiment teaching in an organized,planned and systematic way.
