科技创新评价指标体系的设计：以邵阳为例

It is very important to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of technological innovation.Based on the principles of being just and objective,scientific and practical,systematic and comprehensive and showing characteristics,the paper proposes the designing plan of the index system of the technological innovation of Shaoyang,and after analyzing some problems,gives some improving suggestions.%建立一个科学合理的科技创新评价指标体系非常重要。以公平客观、科学实用、系统全面、体现特色为原则,提出了邵阳市科技创新指标体系的设计方案,并对方案存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一些改进建议。
