热电厂乏汽余热回收方案的经济性论证

摘要

This paper expounds the heat supply status of Baotou No.2 Thermal Power Plant and the necessity of its transformation, emphatically discusses the optimization, selection,calculation and comparative analysis of the design scheme, and points out that the implementation of the scheme can improve the heating capacity, satisfy the urban heating demands to a maximum, which can not only contribute to energy conservation and emissions reduction and to improvement of urban environmental quality, but also achieve good economic and social benefits.%阐述了包头第二热电厂供热现状及其改造的必要性,重点论述了设计方案的优化、选择、计算与对比分析,以最大化回收乏汽余热为原则,从技术和经济两个方面确定了低真空+热泵组合技术方案,指出该方案的实施可提高供热能力,最大限度满足城市供热需求,不但为节能减排、改善城市环境质量作出贡献,而且可取得良好的经济效益和社会效益.
