国家地下水监测工程的监测站点建设探讨

摘要

This paper expounds the importance of the selection of construction location of deep groundwater monitoring stations in National Groundwater Monitoring Project, and taking the construction of monitoring stations of National Groundwater Monitoring Project under the responsibility of the departments of land and resources of Chongqing City as an example, analyzes the current status of and problems existing in China's groundwater monitoring, introduces Chongqing City's national groundwater monitoring station network construction scheme, and points out that all geological prospecting units undertaking the construction, in addition to fully guarantee the drilling equipment and techniques, should organize senior water conservancy, engineering and environmental protection professionals to make a sufficient argumentation of whether the proposed monitoring stations could achieve construction purpose before the construction in order to lay the foundation to ensure the success of monitoring stations construction.%阐述了国家地下水监测工程中深层地下水监测站点建设位置选择的重要性,以重庆市国土资源部门负责的国家地下水监测工程的监测站点建设为例,分析了我国地下水监测现状及存在的问题,介绍了重庆市国家地下水监测站网建设方案,指出各承担建设的地质勘查单位除了在钻井设备和工艺方面予以充分保证外,还应在施工之前及时组织资深的水、工、环专业技术人员对拟施工建设的监测站点是否能达到建设目的进行充分论证,为保证监测站点的成功建设奠定基础.
