物联网在建设工程智能化管理中的应用

摘要

物联网作为一种新型技术手段,已经得到越来越广泛的应用,但在建设工程管理中的应用较少. 以物联网的感知层、传输层、应用层为平台,初步构思了建筑材料全流程监控管理和建筑物全生命周期检测这两种物联网应用模式,以期将物联网应用于建设工程管理,实现建设工程的智能化管理.%As a new technical means, the IOT has been more widely used, however the IOT is rarely used in construction project management currently. Taking the perception layer, transport layer and application layer of IOT as the platforms, this paper puts forward the initial ideas of two application modes of IOT, the whole process monitoring and management of building materials and the full life-cycle detection of buildings, trying to apply the IOT in construction project management to realize the intelligent management of construction projects.
