太钢5号高炉炉况恢复分析

太钢5号高炉为现役大高炉寿命最长高炉,随着一代炉役寿命的临近,高炉顺行及指标受限于护炉需要,长期配加钒钛矿,炉缸活跃程度下降,极大增加了5号高炉气流控制难度,太钢炼铁厂为实现高炉长寿和顺行,在控制高炉炉况波动程度、失常恢复方面积累了一定操作经验.%The No. 5 BF of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company is the large blast furnace with the longest service life in service. As the service life of the first generation is approaching, the operation and the index of blast furnace is limited to the needs of the furnace. Long-term addition of vanadium and titanium ores and the decrease of the activity of the hearth have greatly increased the difficulty of controlling the air flow in No. 5 blast furnace. Some experience has been accumulated in the fluctuation of blast furnace condition and the recovery of abnormal conditions.
