高效液相色谱法测定五苓滴丸中23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量

摘要

目的 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定五苓滴丸中23-乙酰泽泻醇 B的含量.方法 色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-水(70∶30);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长210 nm;柱温:30 ℃.结果 23-乙酰泽泻醇B在2.9～145.0 μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为97.86%,RSD=1.29%.结论 HPLC法简便、准确、专属性高,可用于五苓滴丸的质量控制.%Objective To establish a method for determinating the content of 23-acetyl alisol B in Wuling dripping pills by HPLC.Methods Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (70 ∶ 30), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wave length was 210 nm, and the chromatography was conducted at 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 0.0145～0.116 mg/mL( r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.86％ , RSD= 1.29％.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and specific.It can be used for the quality control of Wuling dropping pills.
