虫草灵芝菌粉葛根提取物对小鼠急性酒精摄入后抗氧化系统的影响

         

摘要

目的:研究急性酒精摄入对小鼠抗氧化系统的影响及虫草菌粉、灵芝菌粉和葛根提取物的保护作用。方法采用50%乙醇经口灌胃,将动物随机分成5组,分别是空白对照组,模型组,提取物低、中、高剂量组(3个剂量组分别是300、900、2700 mg/kg体质量),测定肝脏系数和血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT )、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、蛋白质羰基含量。结果受试样品低剂量组明显降低血清中升高的ALT、AST (P<0.05),低、中、高剂量组小鼠血清中的MDA含量较模型组比较,均降低,但小剂量组差异有统计学意义( P<0.01);与模型组相比,高剂量组GS H含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低、中剂量组GSH含量虽有所升高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量组蛋白质羰基含量低于模型组(P<0.01);与模型组相比,各组SOD含量虽有所升高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小鼠急性摄入酒精后表现出明显的氧化损伤,而虫草菌粉、灵芝菌粉和葛根提取物对这种氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。%Objective To investigate the protective effects of cordyceps power ,ganoderma lucidum power , kudzuvine root on anti-oxidizing system damaged by acute alcohol administration .Methods Fifty mice were ran-domly divided into five groups :blank control group ,model group and prevention groups treated with low dose (300 mg/kg BW) ,medium dose (900 mg/kg BW) and high dose (2 700 mg/kg BW) extracts .Except the blank control group ,the other groups were liver injured induced by 50% alcohol .The liver index and the contents of aminotranferease (ALT ) ,aspartate aminotransferase (AST ) ,malondialdehyde (MDA ) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,glutathione (GSH) and protein carbonyl in serum were measured .Results Compared to the model group , the low dose group could remarkably decrease the level of ALT ,AST and MDA level (P<0 .01) ,and the high dose group could enhance GSH level .The protein carbonyl in serotonin content of low dose group were obviously lower than that of the model group .Conclusion The extracts from cordyceps power ,ganoderma lucidum power , kudzuvine root have some auxiliary protective effects on the damage of anti-oxidizing system of mice induced by a-cute alcohol administration .
