综采工作面采空区水治理技术研究与应用

         

摘要

论述了陈四楼矿21503综采工作面受地质构造影响设计为里、外两段,工作面里段在回采过程中,由于受到回采扰动影响,顶、底板裂隙水从工作面55#~81#支架后的老塘流出,出水量约20 m3/h。工作面里段轨道顺槽低于皮带巷,工作面外段轨道顺槽整体高于皮带巷,工作面里段的老塘水经里段轨道巷流出后流到工作面外段轨道巷。为防止里段老塘水在工作面外段推进过程中流经工作面,影响正常回采,采取在工作面里段轨道顺槽堵水、引水,在工作面外段埋设管路导水的方法,将工作面里段老塘水引流到工作面外段皮带顺槽流出,实现了工作面的正常回采。%21503 fully mechanized working face in Chensilou coal mine was designed for inside and outside two segments because of the influence of geological structure.In the process of mining inside segment,as affected by min-ing disturbance,roof and floor fissure water flows out from the goaf behind 55#~81#supports in the face,water yield is about 20 m3/h.The track transportation tunnel in the inner segment is lower than the belt roadway,the track trans-portation tunnel in the outer segment is higher than the belt roadway,so goaf water inner segment flows through the track transportation tunnel in the inner segment to the track transportation tunnel outside segment.To prevent goaf wa-ter flows through the working face in the process mining of outside segment,affecting the normal working,water plug-ging and water diversion were taken in track transportation tunnel inner segment,the method of buried pipeline to transmitting water outside segment was taken,drainaging goaf water to the outside of the working face belt roadway, has realized the normal mining.
