原煤中细粒煤含量突增的处理方法研究

         

摘要

The fine particle content bump up leads to the phenomenon of which system can not run normally in coal mine,so the equipment,process flow and coal quality in coal preparation plant are analyzed and researched,and finds the reason for fine coal content uprush in raw coal is that the quantity of waste rock bump up as passing through faults in mining processing.Because waste rock friction and collision forms high ash fine mud,surface area of fine grained material is large,the medium of adhesion is more,it is difficult to removal from sculping screen.So the medi-um consumption increases in the system,which leads to the separation density instability,affects the normal produc-tion.In the case of ensuring the normal operation of all equipment,increases the lower sieve seam of desliming sieve, effectively solves the production problems,the end system returns to normal operation,reduces the medium consump-tion,restores the normal production.%针对矿井出煤中细颗粒含量突增,导致系统不能正常运行的现象,对选煤厂设备、工艺流程和煤质进行了分析研究,发现原煤中细粒级物料含量增加,原因是矿井过断层时在开采过程中矸石量突增。由于矸石摩擦、碰撞后形成高灰细泥,细粒级物料表面积大,黏附的介质多,在脱介筛上难以脱除,因此,系统介耗增大,导致末系统分选密度不稳定,影响正常生产。在保证各设备正常运行的情况下,通过增大脱泥筛下层筛缝尺寸,有效解决了这一生产问题,末系统恢复正常运行,降低了介耗,恢复正常生产。
