综掘面合理巷道断面形状及尺寸的确定

         

摘要

由于瓦斯涌出量增大,为了使回风巷瓦斯浓度符合煤矿安全规程规定,实现方法之一是在保持风速不变的基础上增大巷道断面,而随着巷道断面尺寸的增大,会导致围岩稳定性变差。因此,为了确定合理的巷道断面尺寸,本文以通风理论、围岩稳定理论等为指导,在同时满足围岩稳定及通风系统要求的基础上,通过数值模拟分析,寻求合理的巷道断面形状及尺寸,从而为试验矿井综掘面合理巷道断面尺寸的确定奠定基础。研究表明:相同条件下,拱形巷道更利于稳定;巷道高度对围岩稳定的影响要大于巷道宽度对围岩稳定的影响;随着截面积的增大,无论是塑性区,还是最大应力均有增大,但是拱形巷道的幅度要相对小些,最终确定扩挖为拱形巷道,巷道高度为2.5 m,巷道宽度为3.225 m,该案例可对类似条件下的巷道尺寸的选取提供参考。%In order to determine the reasonable size of roadway section,the ventilation theory and surrounding rock stabilization theory are as the guidance,at the same time on the basis of meeting the requirements of surrounding rock stability and ventilation system,the reasonable roadway section shape and size is determined through the numeri-cal simulation,thus it lays the foundation for determining the reasonable roadway section size in test coal mine fully mechanized face.The research shows that under the same conditions,the arched roadway is more stable,the influ-ence of roadway height on surrouding rock stability is greater than roadway width.With the increase of cross-section-al area,plastic zone and maximum stress both increase.The extent of these in arched roadway is relatively little.Fi-nally chooses to excavate for arched roadway.Roadway height is 2.5 m,width is 3.225 m.The case can provide ref-erence for roadway dimension selection under the similar conditions.
