基于处于停采回撤设备阶段的综采工作面采空区自燃、支架间隙与回风巷道中CO等有害气体超限等问题,分析了采空区浮煤、漏风通道等因素对煤层自燃的影响,结合实际地质条件,利用高位钻孔注防火材料、均压通风与注凝胶泡沫等综合防灭火技术,确保工作面支架间CO浓度降至12.5 mg/m3以下,使得工作面能够安全停采回撤设备.%Based on the problems such as spontaneous combustion, CO and other harmful gases being over standard in fully mechanized coal mining face in the stage of the supporters withdraw, the factors impacting spontaneous combustion such as the floating coal and the air leakage channel in the goaf are analyzed.Combined with the actual geological conditions, comprehensive methods of drilling hole and injecting fire resistant materials, of balanced pressure ventilation and of injection gel foam are used to keep the CO concentration near the work face space down to 12.5 mg/m3 or below, so to guarantee safe production during the whole period of mining terminal, of equipment withdraw.
