软质炭黑主供风机电机轴承损坏原因分析及措施

摘要

This paper analyzes the phenomenon of frequent damage for the main supply fan motor bearing in Shanxi Coking 20 000 t/a soft carbon black production plant, and develop some measures for improvement according to the actual situation of similar enterprises. The result can be used for the reference for equipment use and maintenance of the motor beating for fan-type devices.%针对山西焦化2万t/a软质炭黑生产装置运行过程中主供风机电机轴承频繁损坏的现象,分析了原因,制定出了相应的措施,为同类企业风机类设备电机轴承的使用和保养提供了参考。
