In this paper, the synthesis of inhibitive substance 4020 by the noble metal catalyst was studied, such as temperature, pressure, ratio of process control point were optimized, the conversion rate was 99.9%, selectivity was more than 99.5%.The process had the advantages oflow reaction temperature, the smaller pressure, high selectivity.Verification of batchesexperiments, the catalyst have stabilityactivivity.%采用贵金属催化剂进行防老剂4020的合成研究,对温度、压力、配比等工艺技控点进行优化,优化后转化率达到99.9%,选择性大于99.5%.该工艺具有反应温度低,压力小,4020选择性高的优点.通过多批次实验验证,催化剂活性稳定.
