煤化工项目硫回收工艺技术分析

阐述了煤化工使用的几类硫回收技术,包括克劳斯工艺及其延伸工艺、斯科特法工艺以及生物脱硫技术,分析对比了各自的特点以及适用性.分析表明,克劳斯延伸工艺的应用是煤化工项目的不二之选.%As to the problems encountered in the sulfur recovery process,this paper evaluates the sulfur recycling device, briefly discusses several kinds of sulfur recovery technologies, including Claus Scott and the extension process, Scott process and biological desulfurization technology, analyzes and compares their the characteristics and applicability.Analysis shows that the application of Claus extension process is the choice for coal chemical projects.
