阐述了目前建筑业人工成本增长现状,针对现状分析了建筑施工企业人工成本上涨的主要原因,并从两个方面入手提出了几点应对措施,以期减少由于人工成本上涨给建筑企业带来的巨大压力。%The study illustrates the increasing labor cost in current architectural industry,analyzes the main reasons for the increasing labor cost in construction companies,and points out some measures from two aspects,so as to relieve the pressure on construction companies by the increasing labor cost.
