铁路预制梁梁场成本管理模式

摘要

分析了预制场前期策划的成本控制，论述了预制梁过程中的成本管理，实践证明预制场运用成本管理模式进行成本管理取得了良好的经济效果，为其他梁型进行成本管理实施积累了相关经验。%The paper analyzes the cost control in the planning for early stage of the precast field, indicates the cost management in the precast beam process, and proves by the practice that better economic effect can be achieved in the cost management in the precast field by adopting the cost management mode, so as to accumulate relative experience for the cost management over other beams.
