工程建设施工企业管理体系的一体化整合

摘要

In light of mutual demands of quality,environment,occupational health security and social responsibility management system of engi-neering construction enterprises,the paper analyzes the necessity of integrating engineering construction enterprise management system,discus-ses the feasibility of integrating management system by combining with their consistency,and finally describes the management system integrating process and implementation strategies,with a view to provide some guidance.%针对工程建设施工企业管理体系中质量、环境、职业健康安全以及社会责任管理体系的共同要求，分析了工程建设施工企业管理体系整合的必要性，并结合各体系的一致性，论述了管理体系整合的可行性，同时对管理体系整合的过程及实施策略作了介绍，以供借鉴。
