对 BIM 的起源、发展及内涵进行了系统介绍，对比分析了国内外权威组织对 BIM 特征的认识差异，并解释了差异产生的根源，指出对 BIM 特征的认识应是一个动态的过程，随着时间的推移，对 BIM 工具的技术和功能要求也会随之提高，BIM 工具的界定标准也会不断提高。%This paper system the introduced origin,development and connotation of BIM,compared and analyzed the understanding differences of domestic and international authoritative organization to BIM characteristics,and explained the reasons of differences,pointed out that the under-standing to BIM characteristic was a dynamic process,with the passage of time,the technical and functions requirements to BIM tools also in-creased,the definition standards of BIM tool would continue to improve.
