Based on parking sharing theories,this paper presents a parking demand forecasting model,taking into account the multi-functional building’s changing coefficient of time and location,bus coefficient and parking acceptable walking distance. An application of the parking sha-ring theory to a land-use project,shows that the total parking demand drops 15. 8% if determined by the parking sharing forecasting model. Therefore,parking sharing could reduce the total parking spaces,and leads to a lower construction cost and a higher resource saving.%在传统交通影响评价停车需求预测模型基础上考虑了时间变化系数、地理区位影响系数、公共交通出行影响系数、停车可接受步行距离系数,提出了综合开发地块共享式停车泊位需求预测模型,并利用该模型预测了某地块的停车需求,结果表明,用“泊位共享”方法预测停车泊位与传统预测方法相比可节省泊位数量15.8%,从而减少土地利用率,节约建设成本。
