对我国工程项目招投标市场现状的探析

摘要

According to the analysis of the status of the bidding market in architectural engineering in China, the paper explores some typical and common problems in the bidding market, including the qualification problems for industrial staff, identification problems of self-quota of enterpri-ses, and application problemsof unbalanced pricing method, and provides respective strategies for those problems.%通过对我国建筑工程招投标市场的现状进行分析，探析了招投标市场中存在的几个典型而普遍的问题，即行业人员的资质问题、企业自身定额的确立问题、“不平衡报价法”的应用问题，并针对各种问题提出了相应的对策。
