箱梁桥竖向预应力孔道布置及压浆工艺的优化

摘要

The paper introduces the current working procedure of the vertical prestressed duct grouting of box girder webs, researches the prob-lems in the grouting process, including grouting impassability, unfilled grouting, insufficient bonding of the grouting, and bond, five kinds of schemes for improving the design of the channels of vertical prestressed reinforcement and the process of grouting are presented, so as to promote the grouting quality of the vertical prestress.%介绍了箱梁腹板竖向预应力筋孔道压浆的现有作业流程，对压浆过程中存在的压浆不通、压浆不饱满、压浆起不到粘结、握裹作用的问题进行了研究，并提出了五种改进竖向预应力筋孔道布设和压浆工艺的方案，以提高竖向预应力的灌浆质量。
