震后房屋建筑的应急评估

摘要

依据芦山7级地震时，芦山县城房屋建造的地震危害程度为研究资料，进行地震危害的特点与要素研讨，分析了砖木体系、砖混体系、框架体系和砖石体系抗震规划的加牢方式和改良抗震效果的构造体系等等，为地震以后房屋的应急评价提供参考。%According to 7-magnitude earthquake at Lushan, the paper takes the earthquake hazards on the houses of the city as the research docu-ment, explores the features and elements of the earthquake hazards, analyzes the consolidation approaches with the brick-wood system, brick-con-crete system, frame system and brick-stone system anti-seismic planning and the components system for improving the anti-seismic effect, so as to provide some reference for the emergency evaluation of the houses after earthquakes.
