基于生态社区理念的中国2002年版《城市居住区规划设计规范》的改善建议--以先进国家的居住区理论和范例为中心

摘要

Under the guidance of 2002 Code of Urban Residential Areas Planning & Design, a great number of outstanding residential neighborhood took happen. But if compared to advanced countries, there is something that can be improved in the existing Code of Urban Residential Areas Planning & Design. In this study, in order to make 2002 Code of Urban Residential Areas Planning & Design more scientific, directive and sustainable, on the basis of an analysis of famous neighborhood theories and their corresponding paradigms, it’s attempted to combine with specific design circumstance of residential paradigms during the implementation of both Code of Urban Residential Areas Planning & Design, and so puts forward their improving directions based on eco-community.%　　在2002年版《城市居住区规划设计规范》(GB50180-93)的指引下，中国正在涌现大量的优秀居住小区。但与先进国家相比，中国现行《规范》仍存在一些需要改善的不足之处。通过对英美先进国家的重要居住区理论及典型居住小区事例的考察，并结合中国两部《城市居住区规划设计规范》实施期间典型住宅小区事例的规划情况，最终从建设生态社区的观点上提出2002年版《城市居住区规划设计规范》的改善建议，使其更加具有科学性、指导性和可持续性。
