兼用于γ辐射低剂量率试验的标准化Co-60辐射场的建立*

摘要

阐述了具有兼容性的标准化 Co-60γ辐射场的设计与建立，包括γ辐射束控制装置和球面辐照架等的研制，获得了多功能、高质量的γ辐射场，适用于辐射剂量测量仪器检定/校准和辐照耐用性试验研究；一系列辐射场参数的实验测量数据表明，新建γ辐射场是安全、有效的。%The design and establishment of standardized Co-60 γradiation field being compatible with low dose-rate irradiation test, the developments of control installation for radiation beam and spherical surface irradiation frame are described in this paper. A radiation field with multifunction and high quality has been achieved. It is applicable for dosimeters calibration and durability test of IC or semiconductor devices by irradiation. A series of experimental measurements data show that the new established γ radiation field is safe and effective.
