目的：观察滚针配合拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。两组均口服甲钴胺片治疗，对照组在此基础上采用电针治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用滚针配合拔罐治疗。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分及睡眠评分变化情况，并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为80.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。两组治疗后VAS评分及睡眠评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分及睡眠评分与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论滚针配合拔罐是一种治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效方法，能改善患者睡眠质量。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rolling needle therapy plus cupping for postherpetic neuralgia.Method Sixty postherpetic neuralgia patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. In addition to oral administration of Mecobalamin tablets, the control group was intervened by electroacupuncture, and the treatment group was intervened by rolling needle therapy plus cupping. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and sleep score were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The VAS score and sleep score were significantly changed after intervention in the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and sleep score in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rolling needle therapy plus cupping is an effective method for postherpetic neuralgia, and it can improve the quality of sleep.
