眼针配合体针治疗丘脑痛疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察眼针配合体针治疗丘脑痛的临床疗效。方法将60例丘脑痛患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组20例。A组采用眼针配合体针治疗,B组采用单纯眼针治疗,C组采用单纯体针治疗。观察3组治疗前后VAS评分,并比较3组临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率和痊愈率分别为100.0%和85.0%,B组分别为100.0%和50.0%,C组分别为80.0%和15.0%。3组总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。A组痊愈率与B组和C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。B组痊愈率与C组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。3组治疗后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。A组治疗后VAS评分与B组和C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论眼针配合体针是一种治疗丘脑痛的有效方法。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture plus body acupuncture in treating thalamic pain. Method Sixty patients with thalamic pain were randomized into group A, group B, and group C, 20 cases in each group. Group A was intervened by eye acupuncture plus body acupuncture, group B was by eye acupuncture alone, and group C was by body acupuncture alone. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacies were compared.ResultThe total effective rate and recovery rate were respectively 100.0% and 85.0% in group A, versus 100.0% and 50.0% in group B and 80.0% and 15.0% in group C. There were no significant inter-group differences in comparing the total effective rate (P>0.05). The recovery rate of group A was significantly different from that of group B and C (P<0.05). The recovery rate of group B was significantly different from that of group C (P<0.05). The VAS scores were significantly changed after treatment in the three groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of group A was significantly different from that of group B and C (P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture plus body acupuncture is an effective approach in treating thalamic pain.
