灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效.方法 选取周围性面神经麻痹患者60例,按照随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗,对照组采用常规辨证取穴治疗,观察及比较两组患者治疗1、2、3个疗程及3个疗程结束后的临床疗效.结果 两组患者治疗后患侧面神经功能状况分级与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组在第2、3个疗程及3个疗程结束后愈显率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第1、2个疗程结束后总有效率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第3疗程及3个疗程结束后总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组在治疗早期总有效率及治疗后期愈显率优于对照组,虽然总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但其治疗疗程比对照组要短、收效快.结论 应用灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗周围性面神经麻痹能起到见效快、缩短治疗疗程的效果.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofLing Gui Ba Fa (eight magic turtle techniques) needling method plus points selection based on syndrome differentiation.Method Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis were recruited and randomized into a treatment group and a control group by using random number table, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by Ling Gui Ba Fa needling method plus points selection based on syndrome differentiation; the control group was treated by ordinary points selection based on syndrome differentiation. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared respectively after 1, 2, and 3 courses of treatment.Result The facial nerve function grading of the affected side was significantly changed after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05). The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group respectively in the 2nd and 3rd treatment course and after the 3 courses of treatment (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group respectively in the 1st and 2nd treatment course (P<0.05); there were no significant differences in comparing the total effective rate between the two groups in the 3rd treatment course and after the 3 courses of treatment (P>0.05).The total effective rate in the early stage and markedly effective rate in the later stage of treatment in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. Although there was no significant difference in comparing the final total effective rate, the treatment group had a shorter treatment duration and faster action compared to the control group.ConclusionLing Gui Ba Fa needling method plus points selection based on syndrome differentiation can produce a faster action and shorten the treatment period in treating peripheral facial paralysis.
