水泡粪工艺制沼气及沼气的净化提纯

摘要

This paper describes a process of dealing with aquaculture manure named the blisters fecal technology. Manure will be anaerobic fermented,finally made into solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer and biogas. By purification (dehydration, desulphurization, deoxidization, decarburization), biogas will be changed into bio-methane. When it achieves the quality standards of the city gas, biogas will be incorporated into the gas network. This technology will not only solve the problem of environmental pollution,but also bring considerable revenue for the farms. To a higher degree, this technology will provide huge amounts of energy for us.%介绍一种处理养殖场粪污的水泡粪工艺，将粪污进行厌氧发酵，最后制成固体肥料，液体肥料及沼气。沼气经过净化(脱水、脱硫、脱氧)及提纯(脱碳)，变成生物甲烷，达到城市燃气的质量标准，并入燃气管网。不仅解决了养殖场的环境污染问题，还为养殖场带来了可观的收入，更为我们提供了大量的能源。
