甲状腺肿瘤DNA倍体检测及其临床价值

摘要

采用细针穿刺涂片的方法取材，用DNA图像细胞仪对73例甲状腺肿瘤和结节性甲状腺肿患者进行检测分析。结果显示，甲状腺恶性肿瘤细胞与良性肿瘤细胞DNA倍体类型有非常显著性差异。甲状腺肿瘤细针穿刺涂片DNA定量分析可为判断肿瘤的生物学特性提供重要信息。%73 patients with thyroid lesions were studied using imagecytometery(ICM)and the specimen was acquired by fine-needle aspiration. The results indicated that the difference of DNA aneuploidy rate between benign and malignant tumor cells was significant and the DNA quantitative measurement can provide important in formation for judgement of biological behavior of thyroid lesions.
