127例三阴乳腺癌临床特点分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the characteristics of human triple-negative breast cancer, in order to provide basis to improve its diagnosis and treatment level. Methods Total 920 breast cancer patients were divided into triple-nega-tive breast cancer of 127 patients (triple-negative group) and non-triple-negative breast cancer of 793 patients (non-triple-negative group), and analyzed the clinical characteristics of two groups. Results The main clinical features of triple-nega-tive breast cancers were bigger primary tumor size, more chemotherapy before surgery, trend to metastasize in 5 years after surgery, poor prognosis and life quality. Conclusions Clinicians should master the clinical features of triple-negative breast cancer, in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.%目的 探讨三阴乳腺癌的临床特点,为提高其诊治水平提供依据.方法 将920例乳腺癌患者分为三阴乳腺癌127例(三阴组)和非三阴乳腺癌793例(非三阴组),分析两组临床特点.结果 三阴组的主要临床特点为原发肿瘤体积较大,术前化疗较多,易在术后5a发生转移,患者生存时间短,生活质量差.结论 临床医师应掌握三阴乳腺癌的临床特点,以提高诊治水平.
