神经型钙黏附蛋白在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To explore the significance of neural-cadherin( N-cadherin) expression in occurrence and prognosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of N-cadherin in 98 colorectal adenocarcinoma cases (observed group)and 10 normal colorectal epithelium cases(control group) were characterized with the method of immunohisto-chemistry, the correlations between the clinieopathological features and the expression of N-cadherin in colorectal adenocarcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive rate of N-cadherin in observed group and control group was 71.4% , 0( P < 0.01). The expression of N-cadherin was notcorrelated with gender, age, tumor location, tumor size, inasie depth and lymphnode metastas(P>0.05), but positively associated with TMN grade and histological grade (all P <0.001). Conclusion N-cadherin may be associated with the invasion and differentiation of colorectal adenocarcinoma.%目的 探讨神经型钙黏附蛋白(N-cadherin)在大肠腺癌发生、发展中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学PV法检测98份大肠腺癌组织(观察组)及10份正常大肠上皮组织(对照组)中N-cadherin的表达,分析N-cadherin 与大肠腺癌临床病理学特征的关系.结果 观察组N-cadherin阳性率为71.4％,对照组均未见N-cadherin表达(P＜0.01).N-cadherin在大肠腺癌中的表达水平与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移情况无关(P＞0.05),但与肿瘤TNM分期及组织学分级呈正相关(P均＜0.001).结论 N-cadherin可能参与了大肠腺癌的分化与浸润.
