三氧疗法联合微生态制剂经结肠途径治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of ozone therapy and effective microorganisms on the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A totul of 120 inpatients were randomly assigned into three groups that taken ozone therapy and effective microorganisms via colon therapy system or taken antibiotic and effective microorganisms via colon therapy or taken effective microorganisms via oral. The efficacy of each treatment was observed at the first weekend and the second weekend, respectively. Results In comparison with other groups, combination of ozone therapy and effective microorganisms via colon therapy system appeared more effective, especially at the second weekend.Conclusion Combination of ozone therapy and effective microorganisms in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome via colon therapy system is effective and feasible.%目的 观察三氧疗法联合微生态制剂经结肠途径治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的效果.方法 A组40例,予三氧配合微生态制剂经结疗机治疗;B组40例,采用抗生素配合微生态制剂经结疗机治疗;C组40例,采用单纯口服微生态制剂治疗.观察治疗后第1、2周的疗效.结果 A、B组疗效均优于C组,且A组疗效优于B组,尤以第2周明显.结论 三氧疗法配合微生态制剂经结肠途径治疗腹泻型IBS有效可行.
