目的:探讨DEK基因在星形细胞瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法采用 RT-PCR技术和免疫组化技术检测32份星形细胞瘤患者肿瘤组织(观察组,肿瘤为低级别及高级别分别为14份、18份)及5例正常脑组织(对照组) DEK mRNA和DEK蛋白表达水平。结果观察组DEK mRNA表达阳性率、相对表达量及DEK蛋白表达强度均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组低级别者上述指标表达均低于高级别者(P均<0.05)。结论 DEK基因在星形细胞瘤的发生、发展中起促进作用。%Objective To investigate the role of DEK gene in the occurrence and development of astrocytic tumors . Methods Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) were used to examine the expression levels of DEK mRNA and protein in 32 cases of astrocytic tumor tissues ( observation group , low-grade and high-grade tumors were 14 cases and 18cases, respectively) and normal brain tissues (control group).Results The positive expression rate and the relative expression of DEK mRNA , expression intensity of DEK protein in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05);and the mentioned targets above in low-grade were lower than those in high-grade of the observation group (all P<0.05).Conclusions DEK gene has a promoting role in the occurrence and development of astrocytic tumors .
