组织行为学视角下研究煤矿员工的不安全行为

摘要

Nowadays, coal miners' unsafe behavior is still the main cause of the coal mine accidents. Surveying on the basis of the theory is practical signiifcant, we analysis the related causes on the three levels of individual, group(team, sub-unit, profession), organization (coal mine) .From the survey which is designed and distributed and the SPSS 19.0 analyze related impact frequency table of three levels, and do the corresponding countermeasure research. The aim is to control effectively coal miner of unsafe act from the three levels.%当今煤矿员工的不安全行为仍是导致煤矿事故的最主要的原因。将组织行为学结合煤矿实地调研来探究煤矿员工的行为具有重要的意义。从个体、群体（班组、区队、专业）、组织的相关原因进行分析，设计调查问卷并发放调查，且利用SPSS 19.0软件，得到了相关原因的影响因素频度表，并针对分析结果进行对策研究，旨在从个体、班组、区队、专业、煤矿整体来控制煤矿员工的不安全行为。
