绳式单轨吊断绳自动保护装置的研制与应用

为防止绳式单轨吊车在上下山运输过程中出现断绳导致物件滑事故，研制了绳式单轨吊断绳自动保护装置，在运输过程中一旦发生断绳，它能立即动作，迫使绳式单轨吊车停止运行，防止跑车事故发生，保证了设备及人身安全。%In order to improve the transportation ability of material equipment in long distance drivaging, using the rope type monorail crane, in order to prevent the accident caused by broken rope in the process rise transport, developed the rope type monorail automatic protection device. It can force the rope type monorail stops running, which can immediately act in transit when the rope was broken, put an end to the catcher fault occurs, and ensured the equipment and transportation safety.
