采煤机滚筒运动参数对滚筒截割性能的影响

         

摘要

The shearer's pick of the shearer directly acts on the coal wall, and changing the parameters of the movement will change the cutting characteristics of the drum. The study on the relationship between cutting parameters and the cutting performance is the theoretical basis for improving the performance of the shearer. In this paper, the simulation experiment of cutting process was carried out by PFC3D. The movement parameters of different shearer rollers were simulated and different cutting thicknesses, cutting angles and cutting line velocities were set up. The relationship between cutting resistance and energy consumption of cutting ratio, cutting performance under different parameters were evaluated, which provides a research basis for optimization of the design of the shearer.%采煤机滚筒截齿直接作用于煤壁,改变运动参数将改变滚筒的截割特征,对于截齿运动参数与截割性能的关系研究是改善采煤机性能的理论基础.本文通过PFC3D 进行了截割过程仿真实验,分别对不同采煤机滚筒运动参数进行模拟,设置不同的切削厚度、截割角、截割线速度,得出了各运动参数对截割阻力和截割比能耗的关系,对不同参数下的截割性能作了评价,给采煤机的优化设计提供了研究依据.
