针对蒋庄煤矿南总回风巷南一采区段现使用的U 型钢可缩性支架变形的实际情况进行了受力分析,并在此基础上利用SolidWorks 建立模型进行ANSYS 有限元数值模拟.分别对不封闭型U 型钢支架和钢管混凝土圆形支架进行了数值模拟,通过分析二者的位移图,更直观地寻求更优化的支护形式.%In view of u-shape compressible support deformation in the south mining zone of a total return air lane, in Jiangzhuang Coal Mine, the stress analysis was carried out, and on the basis of which, SolidWorks is used to establish model to carry on the ANSYS finite element numerical simulation. In this paper, the numerical simulation of unclosed u-shaped steel bracket and steel tubular circular bracket is carried out, and the displacement diagram of the two is analyzed, so as to seek more optimized support form.
