采用热重分析仪, 考察了三种催化油浆净化后产生的渣浆在N2氛围下的热重反应性能, 得到了三种渣浆的失重率曲线和失重速率曲线以及最大失重速率点.在Coats-Redfern积分法的基础上, 对渣浆的热重反应数据进行了线性拟合, 三种渣浆的热重反应数据使用一级反应动力学方程都可以获得较好的拟合效果, 且三种渣浆的活化能分别为30.4kJ/mol、39.9kJ/mol和32.3kJ/mol, 渣浆的生焦性能良好.%Thermogravimetric analyzer was used to investigate the thermogravimetric reaction performance of the slag slurry produced by the three catalytic slurry purification under N2 atmosphere.The weight loss rate curve and weight loss rate curve of the three kinds of slurry and the maximum weight loss rate point were obtained.Based on the Coats-Redfern integration method, the thermogravimetric reaction data of the slag slurry was linearly fitted.The thermogravimetric reaction data of the three slag slurries can obtain a good fitting effect using the first-order reaction kinetics equation.The activation energies of the three slag slurries were 30.4 kJ/mol, 39.9 kJ/mol and 32.3 kJ/mol, respectively, and the coke performance of the slag slurry was good.
