纳米TiO2对胶原的紫外屏蔽作用

摘要

The shielding effect of nano TiO2 on collagen under UV radiation was investigated using UV spectrophotometry. The results indicated that the shielding of collagen under UV radiation in the presence of nano TiO2 was significant. 2.5 % TiO2 had greater shielding effect of UV radiation than that of 0.5 % TiO2.%采用紫外光谱分析法在体外研究了纳米TiO2对胶原的紫外屏蔽作用。结果表明纳米TiO2对胶原具有显著的紫外屏蔽作用。并且2．5％TiO2比0．5％TiO2的添加量对胶原的紫外屏蔽作用更强。
