新型液压支架用浓缩液的研究与测试

摘要

以废弃植物油、无机碱、有机醇胺、硼酸为原料，经过皂化反应、硼酸化改性，制备出硼酸酯类活性物。再以硼酸酯类活性物为基础，加入络合剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、降凝剂、消泡剂等添加剂制得环保型液压支架浓缩物产品。产品性能高于国标要求，产品中没有使用矿物油，与传统乳化油相比，产品性能更稳定，环境更友好。%Boric acid ester compound was synthesized with waste vegetable oil,inorganic base,Organic amine,and boric acid as raw materials after saponification reaction and boric acid modification reaction. By adding a complexing agent,anti rust agent,preservative,pour point depressant,defoaming agent into Boric acid ester compound,an environmental protection type of concentrated liquid product was obtained. The performance of the product is higher than the national standard requirements. The formula without mineral oil has the characters of well steady and environment - friendly comparing with the traditional emulsified oil.
