应用型人才培养目标下的有机化学实验教学体会与思考

摘要

In order to promote the transformation and development of newly local established undergraduate universities and achieve the target of applicable talents cultivation , we summarized the teaching experience and existing problems of organic chemistry experiment , and carried out the exploration and research by changing the idea of teaching , optimizing the teaching contents , reforming the teaching methods , improving evaluation system and perfecting undergraduate tutorial system in this paper .%为促进新建地方本科院校转型发展，实现应用型人才培养目标，本文总结了有机化学实验教学的经验和存在的问题，从转变教学理念、优化教学内容、改革教学方法、改进评价体系、健全本科生导师制等方面进行了探索与研究。
