粉石英是环氧树脂绝缘封装中不可缺少的填充材料,然而粉石英与环氧树脂的混合物在固化过程中会产生交联力,导致制品出现开裂,严重影响使用寿命。文章通过新工艺对粉石英进行增韧处理,旨在消除固化过程中的内应力,提高防裂等性能。通过试验测试对增韧粉石英的外观、白度、黏度、浸润性、吸油量等性能进行分析,为后续研究和工业化生产提供基础资料。%The powder quartz is an indispensable filling material in Epoxy -insulated encapsulation , but the mixture of powder quartz and epoxy will produce thermal stress and crosslinking in curing process and the products being prone to crack, so that it makes a great differences in working life .In the paper, the new technology of powder quartz to toughening treatment and the intent is stress relief in curing process and increases performance of anti -crack.Then performance analysis of powder quartz which toughened by experiment , including appearance , whiteness, viscosity, wettability, oil absorption.Finally, basic data was provided for further research and industrial production .
