离子液体分散液液微萃取-等离子体发射法测定水中痕量锶

         

摘要

A method of ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction was developed for the determination of Sr2+ in water. The method uses DCH18-C-6 as a chelating agent and [C4 MIM][BF4 ]as an extraction solvent,acetonitrile as a disperser. The parameters including the pH,the types and dosages of extraction solvent and dispersant,and the extraction time,were optimized. Under the optimum conditions,the calibration curves were linear in the concentration from 10 to 2000 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9992. The limit of detection was 15μg/L with the relative standard deviation (RSD)3. 4%. The amounts of Sr in four real water samples were investigated by the proposed method. It was sensitive,rapid and easy for the separation of trace Sr2+ in water samples.%以离子液体1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([C4 MIM][BF4])为萃取剂,乙腈为分散剂,二环己基18-冠-6为螯合剂,建立了水中分散液液微萃取痕量锶的方法.对影响本方法的实验条件进行优化,包括萃取剂与分散剂的种类与用量、萃取时间等.在最佳实验条件下,Sr2+在100~2000μg/L内呈线性,相关系数为0.9992,检出限为15μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.4%.4种水样中Sr2+的结果表明,该方法富集效率高,适用于环境水体痕量Sr2+分离.
