聚丁烯-1改性PPR管材低温冲击及耐热性能的研究

         

摘要

The effect of the addition ratio of polybutene-1 to PPR on hydraulic pressure resistance,low temperature impact properties and strength of PPR pipe was studied by adding polybutene-1 resin to PPR.The results show that the normal temperature and low temperature impact properties of PPR were obvious improvement by adding polybutene-1 resin,the impact strength and hydraulic pressure resistance at high temperature were increased significantly with increasing polybutene-1 content, but the tensile strength was decreased, elongation at break was increased and then decreased.When the content of polybutene-1 in 20%, the comprehensive performance of PPR pipe was the best.%在PPR中加入适量的聚丁烯-1树脂,研究了聚丁烯-1的添加比例对PPR管材耐水压、低温冲击性能及强度的影响.结果表明:聚丁烯-1对PPR常温下的冲击性能和低温下的冲击性能都有明显的改善,随着聚丁烯-1添加量的增加PPR的冲击强度和高温耐水压性能不断增加,但拉伸强度会逐渐降低,断裂伸长率先增大后降低.当聚丁烯-1的含量在20%时,PPR管材的各项指标最优.
