新型环保水基切削液的制备与性能研究

摘要

以大豆油为基础油,以环保型聚甘油酯为乳化、润滑剂(其中,环状聚甘油酯为极压润滑剂),辅以复合防锈剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂等功能组分,通过一系列实验优化得到一种不含亚硝酸钠、氯、硫、磷等,对环境友好的切削液.研制的切削液润滑性好,防锈性能强,能满足铸铁等多种金属的需求.%The environment-friendly cutting-fluid with soybean oil as the base oil, the polyglycerol ester as emulsifier (cyclic polyglycerol ester as the extreme pressure lubricant), combined with composite rust inhibitor, defoamer, fungicider and other functional compounds was preparated.The cutting-fluid which does not contain sodium nitrite, chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, with good lubrication, anti-rust performance, can meet the requirement of cast iron and other metal.
