抗抑郁症方剂中白术茯苓的提取工艺研究

摘要

对抗抑郁症方剂中白术、茯苓两味药材进行提取工艺的研究.采用水提法进行提取,以水溶性多糖的含量为考察指标,以药材浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数、水的用量为考察因素,用正交试验来确定最佳提取工艺.实验结果表明选用白术、茯苓饮片,加 10倍量水浸泡1h、提取2次、提取2h为最佳工艺.%Research on Extraction Technology of two herbs antidepressant prescription.Using water extraction to extract the content of water soluble polysaccharide as the index factors with soaking time, extraction time, extraction times and the dosage of the water, using orthogonal test to determine the optimum extraction process.Through the experiment the optimum extraction process for the selection of atractylodes,and Poria, plus 10 times the amount of water and soaked for 1h, extracting 2 times, distilled for 2h.
