环保型抗车辙剂性能研究

摘要

本研究开发了一种以固体废弃物为主要成分的环保经济型抗车辙剂,将其添加到沥青混合料中,采用混合料动稳定度来评价其抗车辙性能,主要考察了原料配比以及制备抗车辙剂反应温度对其性能的影响,确定了最优原料配比:原料A:原料B为3:1,且固体废弃物原料B含量不大于35%为宜;固体废弃物C作为填料外掺15%;接枝反应剂D外掺1%~2%为宜,引发剂E为D的10%.另外最优筒体反应温度为190~210℃.%A kind of environmental and economic anti-rutting agent which makes the solid waste as a main component was developed.This anti-rutting agent was added into the asphalt mixture, and the performance was evaluated by the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture.This reserach mainly inspected the affect of ratio of raw materials and reaction temperature on the properties of the preparation of anti-rutting agent, and determined the optimal ratio of raw material : new materials: waste materials is 3:1, and it is advisable that the old materials content is not more than 35%;Waste materials C is mixed 15%;it is advisable that the additive content of grafting agent D is 1%~2%, the content of evocating agent E is 10% for D.In addition the optimal cylinder reaction temperature is 190~210 ℃.
